The HPJV is a Horizontal and Vertical Bore and Dowel insertion CNC machining center used for case construction in cabinet and/or furniture manufacturing. One of the best bore drilling machines available, the HPJV is sure to meet all of your manufacturing needs.

HPJV Machine Description

HPJV is designed to CNC position the horizontal spindle, bore a hole, then CNC position the inserter, inject glue or water (for pre glued dowels), and fire the dowel into the hole. At the same time, the vertical spindle can do work from the top surface. It is used for items such as cam locks.

Standard Operation

The machining process begins when a part is placed into the work zone referencing the back and side fences. The green palm button is pressed and the clamps secure the part into place. The machining is now ready to begin in the work zone. There are 4 zones standard in the base model HPJ-V allowing for pendulum processing. While the one part is being machined, the other zone can be loaded and queued for machining.
